I'm Matthew Ralph, founder of MTR Construction. I've spent more than two decades working in the construction industry, starting out on the tools before progressing into site and project management. Before establishing MTR Construction, I spent many years working for a well-known and respected local contractor, managing and overseeing projects ranging from multi-million-pound renovations and new builds through to domestic extensions and smaller residential projects. That experience has shaped the way I run MTR Construction today. I believe a successful build is about more than the finished result — it's about careful planning, high standards of workmanship, clear communication and making the whole process as straightforward and stress-free as possible for the customer. I remain personally involved throughout our projects, from the initial discussions and planning through to managing the work on site and completion.
